Honestly, for me personally, I love starting my morning with a full water bottle and a nice walk. There are definitely days where I wake up with no desire to leave my bed, and on those days I just drink my water and chill -- I let myself have those days otherwise I think I'd lose my mind! How about
I don't know about you all, but I have days (or months) where I just have no motivation to workout. When I feel like this I find it really hard to move my body even if I want to. All the workouts on the internet seem too intense for when I am feeling down. Anyone have any good workouts they like to
